买2006年的房子seller不太清楚房子情况

如题，2006年的房子，seller接受offer了，但seller对builder好像不是很清楚的样子，而且房间的dimension也不知道，看有的listing就直接列出来了，听seller说他们是第三任owner，好像这个也不太确定。
" ]& b0 v" s) S5 {% X4 j想问问达人们，这房子是不是有点不靠谱啊，能买吗？2006年建的房2007年住进去，才六年就有三任房主是不是有点多啊？

我家的房子就是06年的，我们也是第三任owner，房子是custom built的，质量好的没话说，建房的第一任owner刚建好半年多就给transfer到BC去了；第二任有好几套房，出了点事就出手了几套；我们住了3年，老公想换acreage大房大地就挂上要卖，没卖出去又改主意了，现在又继续住了。在我们挂卖的时候，房子也是好房子，我们挂的是不讲价的呢。

不可以说06左右的房子都不好。。。只有很小一部分不好而已。。

第一次买房很多都不懂，欢迎大家给建议。
! f) O4 f7 }% N5 w9 b9 S2 }关于房子大小，地的大小，房间的dimension，这些东西seller会给我们builder的设计图纸吗，还是会有政府的报告给我们？想有个权威的参照，因为看版上有人说买新房面积还少了的。。。

我怎么听说的版本是不要买07，08的房子？是因为那几年房价上涨，builder疯狂造房，所以质量没有保障？

to have confidence in the house condition, you should get a good home inspection done. if the seller has already signed the offer and this wasn't included in the conditions section, then you're out of luck. (probably still a good thing to do so that you'll know what kind of problems you may be up against.)

$ s0 X6 k: K4 g  r( tif you want to know the builder of the house, you can find that out from city with a small fee or if you still have the original construction drawings, it'll have the builder logo on the drawing title block.

Home inspection还没做，是要做的，是写进offer作为一个条件的
Realtor说他没有房子的以前的交易记录
