因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

. O% A1 T' o7 h3 n% _6 cFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
+ E1 x  J; p! p0 I0 p/ t& a5 ?" Y5 ETalk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
