• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met. • Coordinate with other Technicians and departments as required to obtain maintain service levels.1 p& f4 {' }* Q p" E

• Perform cutovers and upgrades on the network as directed by work orders.

' t" M* H [7 d0 r1 d: A K• Maintain "up-to-date" site documentation as outlined by the EWO initiative.

• Perform acceptance tests on newly installed sites and equipment to ensure results meet design specifications.4 H* }; M) O% i% {- a$ I9 g

• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.1 V7 c* O# }1 n1 ?- r7 @( x

• Maintain inventory of required parts and perform regular audits to ensure availability of parts.
