Position Summary:
' \6 N& \, Q' n4 A, Z6 T( E2 ~8 _' @To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

~% K& j H8 D4 E% C) o1 F: c Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals1 ?) s8 G T5 @* N. u
Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
+ Z" X0 D& M0 ]7 Q( \8 |5 W Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients1 u1 j2 t* h; m1 I2 X8 B2 I
Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy- g/ Y% r/ u! `* L V5 w) S
Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals

Actively participate in training initiatives

( }& G& }1 ]( X6 q" NThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:# \( q" u D \ ]5 [3 q
, u3 x6 g" g6 R" Y& f( L High School and or Post Secondary Education8 h* m6 `: s9 V* @+ l$ e; U
Previous customer service experience
& d1 r4 [. _' a Previous sales experience an asset+ ~3 n8 c' E8 q! @( ?/ ]7 R+ T8 `
General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain. o; t+ u9 t, W' ^
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully! H: I4 s1 m' V4 a) x9 G. z8 c
Strong analytical and organizational skills8 Y) v. @! \: }& r% Y$ @! R6 M( }
Excellent verbal and written communication skills8 W7 y, d& G8 t" I* I: @, r
Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
