在这个坛子里,买了房的和没买房的都不在少数。你至于在这唯恐天下不乱吗?对于投资的人来说,多观望2个星期,看看房市的走向也是正确的。说出自己的看法就行了,你用得着自己在这咄咄逼人让人家拿出数据吗?好像天下就你一个知道房价总有一天会跌一样。而且,你说半天都是CALGARY的,跟EDMONTON有个屁关系。就算CALGARY是EDMONTON的一面镜子,至少EDMONTON现在的市场还是很好的。我们都在EDMONTON,要不你拿点EDMONTON的数据来说话?
从7月29日到现在,卡城房子在7月下跌5000多刀(中值)10000刀(平均)的基础上,继续下跌2000刀,而且最关键是7月29日到现在待售房子总数增加了500套,也就是在7月很高的待售房子总数的基础上不到20天继续增加了12%,达到4514套。8 u. m0 b+ E7 y! M
