新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
- D( X- |" @( [: c' A成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
& U1 [" R$ P+ O) Q3 ], V1 @变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
求指导
