•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages, L7 `6 c1 v& ]3 s+ u; n- @
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents" M. _9 M6 K! y
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages! ^' T$ }+ X" [. q* g& j
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work 6 K0 {0 \( R8 w# d( ^3 M5 |
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing* y: M- x% {: O) p& B
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
; W; A0 N% U: u \0 @) r Y•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
0 u- s9 V+ q' h+ v, w: f•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator/ f7 _. i9 P' Z9 v7 R$ o7 E8 g. I
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
