According to the Oxford Dictionary, both fish and fishes can be used as the plural form, but fish is more common. 9 _0 Y) G! y [. v9 t" Y
& ]/ F0 i, ~( M6 H. ?) TWe use fishes when talking about different types of fish. For example, I caught five fish today and they were different fishes. 3 e/ x1 e# m `; d" k; ^- j# L

Fish is uncountable when we talk about the meat of fish. For instance, I want to have fish for supper. |
