一个国内的朋友说他玻璃体液化、混浊。我还真吓了一跳，毕竟他还很年轻，怎么就得了似乎老年人才会得的病呢。

由年龄增长引起的玻璃体混浊基本上都是手术. 药物很少有帮助的. 如果不是老龄, 就必须看得病的原因, 是否跟高血压有关, 是否是细菌感染或者真菌感染引起.

如果是感染引起的, 有如下几个药物治疗的方法: (从网上找来的可信度不明, 最好还是看医生去吧, 与其在论坛上问不如问问这边的医生)

inflammatory vitreous opacities:
* q3 y( F7 q, Z5 T3 y
(1) bacterial infections:
/ C/ _& q5 M7 W: U' r' U8 t* i) `① dexamethasone: the drug of choice, the fornix conjunctival injection, 5mg each time while using gentamicin 20mg, dissolved in water for injection 1ml, lower conjunctival fornix bet clock, day 1, continuous 3 - 4 times.
' G3 ^& |5 L" d2 e7 ]3 _② 0.5% gentamicin eye drops: drops, 1 hour, plus 0.1% dexamethasone eye drops, eye drops 1 hour time.
③ systemic administration: early use of gentamicin 0.12g and dexamethasone 10mg 500ml 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, day 1 - 2 times .

5 C3 }& R9 E; e. j7 Z(2) fungal infection:
3 z1 D) t5 |, Y① amphotericin Bz first medication per body weight 0.05-k8 0.1mg, dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection, the intravenous infusion of 3-6 hours, day 1. Increasing body weight per k8 each medication 0.1mg, 1mg drug per kg body weight up to date, the total does not exceed 2g.
② 0.2% -0.5% amphotericin B eye drops: drops every 2 hours 1.

. q. _* R9 F. V* t7 l# S+ z* |6 \我也偶尔会看到一根小毛一样的东西在眼睛里瓢,特别是强光时。刚做过眼睛全检,以为是隐形眼镜问题呢。是不是正常人也偶尔会这样?如果不是,我是不是还要看医生啊?
