我觉得4楼的数字比三楼的靠谱。要是每月多交这么多钱，我宁可还是让他们每两周收一次垃圾。我家每两个星期最多只有五袋垃圾。

Starting January 1, 2013, monthly rates for single family households will be $35.36, an increase of $2.16 per month.
