0 m1 n6 L2 D8 M" V( y5 N4 h•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.: J1 @# g4 o1 L9 s, w5 l! @# w1 N
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. 5 v1 M, Q) t; l, j6 N8 ?
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.; |& A# m% M0 b# s/ `
•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. # D! p1 M) P$ B2 c; h) `
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
" Q3 n$ V& x. v$ f•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
3 S8 L9 U4 H9 z: e" `•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.) Q$ Z" N' J. E: t- Y0 ?. ^
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.! n$ v8 G4 e" F
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
+ i! y! [1 {. I5 \8 \0 A$ J•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. 6 L8 e) j! }7 _. }0 m
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
8 }* e: S6 N( U0 Y•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
* V& n; h3 Y; N, X; i•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.( y: O$ U: n/ z8 M8 o+ m( T
•        Attend Cluster meetings.
: F6 v) Q' n0 G$ f3 O0 ^( R•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report., L$ x6 M6 l( M: ]- ?) x
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department & l  j) X1 ?! \4 n, Y8 w/ a' b
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
+ P1 f/ [0 J+ S, y4 i. T9 U•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center0 r$ Z+ A0 w: w* l  Q, ^- d( {
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property  V8 R; i2 x+ Q4 _9 t2 i! c
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;( z- f& ]- j; X1 x2 D
• Ability to lead and develop;/ M3 v( r! E) M" l8 W$ {
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
! x% c' C8 A9 S% ?; U3 J• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;9 N4 D( g$ o1 P4 R1 W5 l
• Ability to work within deadlines;- F" d2 u2 }2 ^. g: z, B$ q9 M
• High level of creativity and innovation;8 p5 c9 d- w8 j+ q2 Q) _
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
