问一下买地builder建新房的经验

比方说最近几年有建新房经验的朋友，一般builder从给你blueprint后多久开始建房，又用了多久建完？

如果我们比方说冬天给你出了blueprint，像现在这段时间，然后都是几月开始动工的？

能否交流下？谢谢大家

根据跟DV打交道的经验，有了图纸一个月左右开挖。普通房型６～９个月，复杂一点的，或要完成地下室的，９～１２个月。

what i know is, it depends on builders. Sure thing is the builder will start in three months (I heard it already four monthis now) after you sign agreement. This is the time they apply for permit from government. Hopefully it can help you a bit.
