+ h% K5 {& `6 p7 A6 }. a·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear
& _8 p* O0 ?# k* j' S' B
& @" Z$ C9 M4 B9 T# B0 `" z8 K·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

( E7 J/ v9 ]& R2 W5 c·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

·         Reviewing vendor drawings

·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.
! H) j2 {! Q6 X6 q* c1 e
' \: z- E$ B6 y  }: y1 x0 W·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

·         Assist project management and estimation with draft budget changes, based on customer design/scope changes.

5 K1 K- G/ h# m" |8 W·         Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

·         Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Position Requirements
1 r/ q9 T4 h. X4 a; f
·         BSc in Electrical Engineering

% L8 Q: m' X8 V, k5 i3 i, {8 y* o·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training

3 g3 r1 D2 q9 u( k/ G  Z" h·         Attention to detail is a must
( B4 k: v5 ^! a1 F( m
·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset
8 U/ @, j/ f1 X5 b7 b
. t) J) p. t( c$ q3 m% F·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

0 j) {/ q) d: ~) \' |·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

" V; N5 {( h3 T' y8 J7 f·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

·         Ability to manage the engineering of multiple projects simultaneously
