关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。

5 p. W( C5 h3 D* W2 GA copy of two of the following:
1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
" D7 i: L. G  b2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
' R: A2 n6 g# C0 ^" r+ a% n3. your University/College student card

$ Q7 ~3 {# k  {/ R7 r) e+ ~我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？
