The Home Buyer's Plan allows you to borrow funds from your RRSP to purchase your first home. Here are some of the key facts:

You and your spouse can each borrow up to $20,000.
8 [: l0 z+ O, E- SThe funds must have been on deposit at least 90 days before you withdrew them.
At least 1/15 of the funds must be repaid each year, beginning two years after the funds were withdrawn.
+ Z  N# b3 C& {) S0 J* T/ U) J# YA signed agreement to buy or build a qualifying home is required.
You can only participate in the program once.

怎么定义first buyer呢？要是买两套房子，是以签合同的时间呢，还是take posession的时间为准？要是一套房子签约在3月份，但是要等到下一年才能搬进去，另外一套房子签约在7月份，但是同一年的10月份就能搬进去，那哪一套应该算是第一次购买的呢？谢谢。

我的观点是， FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, 应该以你签订正式的购房合同的时间为准，但最终的裁定属于CANADA REVENUE AGENCY SERVICE。
