This resource will be responsible for the following:

2 o6 p5 t/ L4 g3 k•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
1 @8 T/ q% L4 E( I% P•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
+ H' m* o  W* V/ m; q% ^6 r•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
; R9 h; V. ?4 W9 U  V: P•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
& p* t4 w  w+ E4 u' S! F1 x5 F•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
& @4 B( D" K( Z0 \6 u* }( k" x, c•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)

DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
* E, a7 M) y7 A7 B: h' ~•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
