• put top soil
• call to get final grading approved
• build deck
• build stone path and flower bed
• build fence
• put grass on top

  Z7 W3 Y: i8 Y, o3 \You should finish final grading before building deck. Otherwise the elevation under your deck will be lower than other place and water will flow to it.
