* Y9 C9 ]" Q* z! A' G•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs
9 Z1 P8 d4 r: z# {# X  H5 Y, H! h' O
•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required
9 H. N0 |) Z- G" c0 M# m3 \1 I
•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

5 `- Y4 A. K$ Y8 o( H# c•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.

•        have the equivalent of a Canadian bachelor’s degree and a completed education credential assessment
1 ?% {, i" z% \% q/ d" C% j/ S0 M•        have at least 3 years of international work experience in their field
4 Z/ t1 t1 c1 B' b5 M4 G•        have little or no career related Canadian work experience

•        are legally able to work in Canada
