• Complete and post staff schedules
; S4 @6 B3 k. e• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines

• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff; y8 d6 T! P1 \& |

• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed# a1 w' d3 ^- Z' h; k
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
