•        Complete and post staff schedules
' ~0 E( N( u% T2 q5 b•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines" O, S+ Z7 D' o# j; [
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management2 d  V1 r6 }3 g0 {9 Q
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
* {3 X* {3 z% M. {5 M" Q. v•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date+ |2 h# e! q& N8 i* F2 I: p
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed* }7 W2 l9 A' t5 a
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees. q. K9 f7 C3 `7 q6 U# o8 ^1 F
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales/ |3 \# N6 {2 j9 B1 H2 f
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management + B5 n7 X4 x9 C! p
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway7 ~/ G% n5 Y0 ]; H# ^
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
# ~2 P$ x6 y8 {& D4 MExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
( B% H) r! x7 N! uCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
+ X: k/ x- z! ?7 RPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
