•        Complete and post staff schedules
; S4 @6 B3 k. e•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! z) D2 Y* G: C' q0 C2 |! f•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
; N9 `$ J- Q$ ]% p, z•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
) B9 o0 a* [0 O, o; q7 s+ V•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
+ C0 q) F7 Z# n•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
3 [0 N& l8 K+ Q( u$ n+ v6 O  |Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
! d" E% M/ _4 [. e9 rCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
$ T/ Z& s" X9 J+ f, KPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
