Job Description:
5 ? y- A; }* U- q" {6 r$ O+ e$ ^ k3 \• Complete and post staff schedules 4 ?2 Q9 i3 t) Q7 ?; q' C: G0 C
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines4 U2 p% @- J% X- x6 U
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management$ X2 ~3 h) M# ~1 ]# g2 Q
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff1 W9 [! ~2 M. B0 E3 i2 {
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date5 T- z0 f6 C) ~3 S2 l
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed- g4 u4 w$ e; L& K6 O4 M; u8 {
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees$ o' d7 M' Y$ g* z* e
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
/ i+ Q% @2 H) h• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
) p/ C" A+ O0 ?. \• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway6 G% d% x" \; q+ k& E. o

• Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
% z" }* C3 v6 a/ l# P" pCredentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)/ C$ H! @: N6 ^# _/ [
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register.
