请问暑假是买新车的旺季么？折扣会多点么？怎么样能拿更多的折扣呢。新手保险大概是多少呢？如果以一台1.6L的普通轿车来说的话，且是25岁以下。另外最近是不是有团购toyota的活动呢？具体怎么联系，谢谢！

11月底至12月中买新车折扣会多些.

You get bigger discount for older models when the next year's models are out. Usually late summer or early fall.

check out www.carsaver.ca for the invoice price on new cars, and subtract any factor incentives to sump up dealer's cost, then add 3 to 5% and start your negotiation.
