- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to provide services for Chinese community5 M3 H7 w! b- a, T! }
- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population access to mainstream services
0 ^& h- j# a) o1 U2 n- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of social services
5 T- t/ Y, E" D3 p5 s5 Z- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies

- coordinate and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- prepare and send AGM information to members0 T( ^+ r; t, n9 ], D* Z, S) v
- assist in special events coordinating: Open House, AGM, Volunteer Appreciation, etc.0 H/ l; J B" C9 ?. h% {
- participate in ISP department and agency meetings/activities
! {, u6 R4 V4 T6 W' J# l& O- Q. f- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time" f, U+ x0 K% b. l2 r
- update membership database

Qualifications
7 ]; [7 S: ?: r5 @, z; X* v# Z, s3 K- degree in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of experience and education : C, [% x3 ~+ l3 c) Z* t
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
) U- v6 H, W* r- experience in community work and immigrant services3 @% I% y! t, f! {
- ability to coordinate workshops and seminars
o# c& _: u& ]% l5 G- leadership skills
( i* X) |; n. Y( w- exceptional communication, interpersonal skills
