Rhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm, d1 \' z7 C& ]! C# c
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support
$ F7 R5 V% o# s" @their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for
$ @- G* R4 ?8 q; d% ~children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an
4 N# B6 K8 Q8 U2 R' F- |& O# P) Soral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It; s+ |1 p: c+ J. x+ Y# z! B
encourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed,6 ]) {4 [8 o5 n7 u2 u
fun, and supportive environment.
% t4 T* S0 m: S& j5 A* FEach family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No1 i" ~; K( K) x3 `) n9 K. ^ o
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
