Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

) w9 b5 h8 w" u0 YMain duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
) J! L' N  m9 z7 c# G9 [6 m' }•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
2 C' K2 I: m( E1 w•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
/ X' B% @, \6 [0 K% e  i2 B•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
1 s( }7 X- h2 O  p1 c; |; j•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Completion of secondary education is required
9 ^2 H( N! ?: i, K•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
