Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

7 n) ~  J& d  W0 d- t•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
+ h+ z: x( E! x# F! K+ {•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
" b9 @1 i' W7 S/ `0 M" A•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

( j9 I; Q6 k) lJob Requirements:
, ]$ y% }) {* @3 ^1 Z' T•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
+ E+ z3 b' }) D•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
