Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
" ^6 H" y0 l! o3 c" q•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
3 F1 w9 P' L( N$ U! ^' n' a) J•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
' a* J, ?# U7 z5 g: _•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
" Q8 k& ~  Y! ]•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
# O4 g6 Z6 ]& @6 j•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
( \' s' A6 j* T" P" p•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
