How much do I need to pay for commission for selling a house?

7% for the first 100K and 3% for the remaining is the ideal amount of fee, but what’s the normal number on nowadays market? Will any realtor go with, say 1% commission fee?

问题是，当其他经纪看到commisson如此少的时候，不会把房子推荐给buyer的。没钱赚嘛。
