• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.

• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.

• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.$ h8 N5 f$ J" \7 X6 A; j
• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.3 h; I; T- ^" N- l$ }5 r% {
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).

• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:
9 ^/ G5 L, Q# \• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. - @, x4 H, S$ Q: \( c8 B
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. ! }/ }, l% U1 k2 ?
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
) ]2 W/ x+ G) p% c• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
3 z, G! H" f/ A0 |5 J, s9 T' f• CHRP Designation is an asset.
