Brandy Bananas

15ml brown sugar

+ }, C! D$ u- Z6 I2 bananas
3 }8 Q2 K( N% |5 F2 [5 H30ml brandy
8 g4 |0 d5 l0 S }5 u% }4 L* kStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate

/ }6 K9 E, b$ q1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
+ ~6 s$ D! N$ ~$ b6 k/ C$ c) V2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
' a4 A- f N. T) N5 A: ]- ~) `3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.

5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas., B8 Z* @* H; V) S5 V( }
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
