15ml lemon juice

Method
3 U R/ j0 ^1 i5 k5 H0 V/ c1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
, p V7 F# x6 Z" F2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.5 p- o( j7 ^- o7 J( z5 t
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.2 s m; ~0 }- i U9 n/ [
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.3 H! U& s$ v+ R
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
