15ml lemon juice
1 x5 T& Y$ O+ T0 X- n z# |, \2 bananas
$ V w c3 f0 H# {30ml brandy$ t8 G3 O" q! S1 s" q
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate1 w ^# g6 A" ?$ Z
Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
+ Y3 R0 r& w! C. }9 U6 _2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
( S4 K) f+ S9 |. Q3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid." p$ R% a: v# G2 g
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
0 ~8 w: P' [; j7 J) `5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
