25g butter
: T* }2 p0 g+ \% `' O4 z15ml brown sugar3 t& u) ^1 O0 A3 _# q. m
15ml lemon juice
' |3 v) O. [. {2 bananas/ Y' g# r7 r+ ]" O
30ml brandy2 [+ l- p+ q. f5 G2 a) O1 u
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan' S0 Q0 d. Z" Q0 `$ V# [+ U
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
, |, u! } a6 k3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
/ I C2 B/ C! V ?4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
( O2 v* o% D+ }- |2 c& n8 m$ a" \5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
