1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan. `' Z6 Z0 A, o# v/ g9 i9 i+ |
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
2 y9 K2 `4 ?& p% D3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.% @1 |# X7 ]( |7 Z# c" H! B; C0 i
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
