15ml brown sugar

30ml brandy% _# e! ~9 s5 K; o' k1 \, x9 s1 z1 m
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

Method
% D& @# |) x1 t. @1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
/ B |1 g" I+ K' y2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.8 A; S- f: U! V2 M' v/ v. I
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.5 _3 g4 q! L% U. W4 \8 y5 X5 Z
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.4 Q& o% z/ ]' K( |
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
