% h/ c# B# w% ~9 `6 RIf one doesn't work out, then I will consider hiring 2 caregivers to share this night shift schedule. Each one will be paid on a hourly rate of $12 - $14/hr. Since I start this recruitment so early this time, I might get lucky in the next six months! 0 W7 G6 R7 B9 { S" N, k7 M6 S 7 L4 k6 G t' J- W6 TMy current day-time caregiver is super nice and she has been helping me out more than a year and will continue doing so. Therefore, I wish to find someone similar who is also able to make a long-term commitment. 8 U( n+ `3 ~ N9 F# A
