我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。 x: @& K, f6 O

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.

' ]0 T$ S" P' B; A. Z# n: NFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. 2 q, \5 w4 `4 n" D7 M! x6 y+ U. }

Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. , F* y# c# C% h/ y+ \: |/ d' S# T
