我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

( H" {( r! E! o$ @# B% Z iHeat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray. ) X4 o. J; u' L4 I
, ]/ A% u3 {8 V C2 ]4 A+ KFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. ' ?- c8 O; p1 [ E

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

4 D3 F8 b0 |0 O( b% FFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill.

To serve, cut into bars; top with fruit. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. |
