A8 Y! u5 w# q6 {Employee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers.  Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

6 R; f$ \9 P* {& M, m/ T•        Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
: S$ |6 D9 }% I! g, X$ B•        Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.
•        Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
o        Test all new patch versions of software prior to release
•        Assist where needed in application questions.
•        Check all technical documentation for correctness prior to field distribution.
, o+ C6 ^! U0 j7 Q, wo        New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures
* X  g1 \9 l4 X& R( po        Translation to Chinese and other languages if needed
•        Track and report all warranty failures
o        Make monthly report to Product Manager and 3rd party supplier.
# l- ?+ k/ G& Y3 N* I  [- `  w& Lo        Recommend remedy to improve product quality and design.
•        Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products.  In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
o        Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports
o        Assist in information gather for any new product idea.

o        Point of expert contact for implementation of features/functions.

•        Assist in Sales support & training.
•        Responsible for any technical training needed for products, either given by the supplier or actually give the training in person.  To use both Web-based and on-site training tools.

Professional Experience (Years and Field of Activity)       
5+ years working as technical specialist for textile laboratory equipment. Expereince with textile laboratory dispensers
List of Skills/Qualifications       
  `2 t1 \& ?, Z1 m, }) m•        Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process.  Understanding of textile dyeing processes.
•        Background knowledge of dispensers and software
4 |, |. T( c1 j8 c0 I•        Proficient in software use and writing.
•        Excellent communicator both verbally and in written reports.
" d! M1 v  }/ T' B8 s  Q1 `•        Ability to travel worldwide.
•        Speak Chinese & English very clearly.
