各位高人,晚辈最近在一个240/120v的项目上遭遇了很严重的电压升高和频率改变,希望得到各位的指点,看这个问题是产生在那里?3 A+ w) [/ ]4 o& ^

Here is the power from service:

- r% l {5 p& o> 3 wire 800 splitter feeds 4 120-240 200 A panels system ground plates
5 k9 f, {/ k& J( V, r> bond to splitter main ground lug. Each panel is bonded to main ground. Each$ J+ M* p1 Q K
> neutral is bonded to ground. Ballast feeds are 240 with 300 V insulated
: e& ? T7 D1 \. R5 }> wire. Each 15 A 240 v breaker feeds 2 ballasts rated at 4.05 amps a piece.9 _" M' k/ N7 s* B, I5 k

CASE ONE 240V wiring method - use 2 phase wire and 1 ground wire to provide the 240v power to the ballast.. Y+ _2 [1 B, A. s) Z+ j! ~, y# q
Here is his reading from RMS meter in the first day installtion:7 j% R# N3 A( Z$ Q
1, 2 ballast Frenquency 60-61 Phase to Phase Voltage: 240-245

2, 4 ballast Frenquency 62-64 Phase to Phase Voltage: 250-255" X6 E2 q$ }" ^2 F

在负载增加的时候,电压应该下降才对,怎么能上升呢?9 s% {) S8 ]6 h
在120时,如果负载不平衡,可能导致中线过流,最后导致一定程度的相线电压升高,但240伏的负载怎么可能有这个问题呢?7 d9 @! z% i& c7 @2 x, K; g
