Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
, L* j# q! J$ L, ]6 {$ c•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
" b. B. b. t2 ?3 n: q& _* E2 P' K•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! Y: g/ H. L# u•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
' Z5 A1 B" U! l/ [
•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
- ^! g  p. X* M( U•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
