Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
, Y1 {# e$ R* @+ U2 v# J•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
' B* k" z# s6 i* d•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
% d% N' B; i6 x8 \' R( p•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
: H1 Z- ~) f0 }7 d5 d# k) S•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
