•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- J5 t8 \0 t9 i" C# Z8 @•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
* K0 A' E  S( H) Y, a% s; }•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ `8 O0 l, X+ A. F•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
  w: _6 z# q: k& B' u! G/ m•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
