The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

8 Z# T& \# \" J) G( u• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
* d/ I# ~' `) T" v1 G• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
7 y$ b' A$ u2 o7 A( m• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
• Behavior management
! q7 t' X" G$ C6 y* b' a8 P• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

7 g, \% ?! {3 j) Q- X  r• Completion of a high school diploma
! ?8 a" t; z1 Y7 W7 s& O• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training

• *Medication Administration
