Role/Function:
- j" V! x1 T* }4 m; uThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
& w/ o9 s6 g( z6 e$ q. R! b& v! sperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining' X0 m3 A: v0 |8 o; z3 i- I

Responsibilities:
, S7 N" C; s+ |" _/ O$ o· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
( f0 w' B3 G+ J2 ^! Z5 l' y6 s· Verify pricing and availability of product;& J# T2 R, u/ G R
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
/ T5 s/ e( x& U3 W7 V0 A( m· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
# v& N& p' }4 b" ~9 X· Collect payments for cash account orders;1 g8 d9 h0 p$ }& L/ |
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;

· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate! ^* u+ ~5 l" [- X9 H

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
+ K, r6 N* e4 e9 C; [$ o· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
+ p9 T' \3 A* J: ?; r' B0 r· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;# U* @8 s) s9 V) Z. T
Qualifications/Requirements:
5 l8 N' [, d4 y( J· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain$ J: L3 t; N3 o
lasting relationships with customers;, {* m, {# Q5 F" g/ C
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
G7 Q! n9 h Y( n· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
3 Y! Y" x5 f8 m; F0 y1 W· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;7 W6 `0 T* T& N( e
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);( m+ O) t4 k3 d$ V. x" h: {3 K/ _
· Excellent organizational skills;
