7 d9 b& b5 T" k' x9 D3 u: X· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;$ a+ e( M$ k* V2 U$ i
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
0 J& K9 j/ S9 b" H· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;2 [6 W! d4 y% v( j2 w; Y* @) b' S
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
$ g" [" P4 ?* N* ]· Collect payments for cash account orders;
3 d+ r# X+ s' }* u; M; v3 X· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;7 ?5 [, a; k( Q9 o
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;9 q% q9 K8 e/ _9 {7 `+ x0 g
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
, p. q% ^( x% ~0 cdatabase;0 n) _6 \5 E, d5 S: b
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;* H8 y/ k9 I( H2 M1 Z) T4 A
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;$ [7 w" c( d9 [% k8 o; m
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;; s2 w; A0 m5 E9 x1 O6 O
Qualifications/Requirements:# j& t2 Y S ^$ L) Z q
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
' b1 ^' e$ i3 I' ]/ C6 Vlasting relationships with customers;9 i, z9 K# `) j w- v: ?' l2 Y
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
2 D, h. d9 ]) l& G* F· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
/ g/ p- [ V r0 F1 B/ ]· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;( |: ? d' D* |+ `) n. z# U+ o
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
' x* l& S0 T$ {& N" X% I· Excellent organizational skills;
