Role/Function:
3 N' f- v0 _. Z) N' P9 b! J; D! WThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
. O5 s6 Y) q; P# T- ^9 M) J9 hperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

+ f- t/ {9 k- M7 t" s; P6 U) r$ _· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
) b8 }# H, `' X% }, ]* n: K6 u% p· Verify pricing and availability of product;
5 @8 _# R3 }! j+ `2 d% R) F% ^; o· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;0 J, ~; @8 v' ~7 y+ j i/ k
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
5 a6 j5 t8 w2 N0 c2 {/ g; f- C6 ?· Collect payments for cash account orders;/ J: S9 ^8 V! C0 N5 D2 g' E
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;3 c) U$ g$ s2 ~0 y6 U3 |+ _
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
- B6 e" a! y+ h( w2 P8 L· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate6 {) m0 D$ L6 {* p# b) {. z
database;
- ]5 H3 o2 P8 P: t" o. s: x· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
9 w( ?, V( ?* J" N. R6 Z· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;$ x5 i3 K* @0 z' U; r! e J- }8 h
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
7 N# I0 @+ I$ n u) PQualifications/Requirements:
5 t2 D- p+ `4 n) Z8 T7 E* ]5 L· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain1 C! q6 }$ X8 T7 n' _7 U$ C0 `. H
lasting relationships with customers;
2 w0 w# n1 L6 n4 ~' ?8 E· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;" O# {8 |, A$ Y$ i
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;0 W6 e* ? [; K% n
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
0 }, @) B' Z' M· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
