Tutor for high school student wanted

A friend of mine is looking for a tutor:

* g' }/ v, Y% i7 A-- high school(grade 12) Sciences and Social courses
-- two/three times per week, about 2 hours for each time
9 C# A# \- C- [1 P-- must be fluent in both Chinese and English
