但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。

再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。
总之找个房子租好难啊。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

% H! y. M3 q5 W2 u  Z# uI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
