Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

Duties:
& `; v _) i2 o8 dTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:1 O1 k ~- l$ w# z/ x; T; H
$ y" N" d3 U. f; I* b1 M
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals! S+ b' m. S0 U
 Take attendance if available
4 n; J9 f/ Q t7 l Provide positive modelling to youth * l. l R* F2 o7 Q6 q8 |( D
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
+ g( ]' \' Y1 l: t" U Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
$ K9 F1 ] t9 L e/ s Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator4 }# W* {- X g/ I: e
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
% w& G$ z* e$ S* {3 q* I Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
: Z7 b# w! r& G/ X# J Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator; i6 P4 c4 R" a$ P
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
0 T" Y3 z3 W( S5 ?1 @3 z/ t Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
! l. J6 K2 _8 h! e% r( j Assist in program planning/design! L" [8 |1 }) B) R6 |3 L* D! e! I/ v
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator/ S& {* a' i/ X" q" U# j$ m

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
6 \+ }+ v8 I+ W+ ] Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis

 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions0 k( H2 _4 A) W- f. ~
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
( V& G3 A+ j5 x2 C) W* p Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
2 M/ A7 n, o' \& S+ K4 t i. Z Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
3 n5 U4 d& i5 K3 p0 C Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
