& c" r# `# [5 {Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

*might work in other time in some specific days

Duties:
' w3 W+ s0 E; u/ W+ g; S$ mTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
* R* G6 q7 \3 t5 u
! r& S% v" Y) m5 u# x Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
5 ?) Y" U& e. o0 k- f Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
) h. S1 i9 i  R/ ^. U8 { Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
! _. g: l3 ]$ Y Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
) p5 E' p0 c+ y3 p9 Z& {: a Assist in program planning/design
. z/ Q- _# W$ i6 @% M Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

" K+ R/ l$ S/ t' y, n Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
  G3 v! L6 i4 g' n, \ A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
* t. b5 ]7 ]* N+ k Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
- n, p9 B/ l/ i9 c1 J! b+ J) b Able to work independently with minimum supervision
' f7 q2 b9 m& Z, o3 h; t Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
+ L& u4 j/ }! s6 q& O3 h% ~; D Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
