repair my laptop and backup data

my hp  laptop (refurbished) will turn off only a few miuntes after turn on. i want to back up my data, and if possible, repair the laptop too.
can anybody do that? and how much?

Honor Computer Systems charges $90 + media for backup and they can do an excellent sector-to-sector recovery work if the HDD spins.

Repair cost will vary but HPs with few years old have known overheating issues.
