Over last decade, I have used many window upgrade companies. Here are some of my suggestions:1 E) ~7 `. G6 ~2 D# Y
- You really need triple-pane windows ,not only for the sound proof, but for the Edmonton winter. The price is not much differnt from double-pane but the performance almost doubled;9 Z7 y/ ]( g! o; s; d
- I have tried many brands of windows, Hometech, Economic Windows, All-Weather windows, Jeldwen (by Home Depot). The best would be Hometech. All-weather is also good but the price is too high lately. I just had one big bay-window by Economic Windows in this April. Looks great but don't know how good for the real winter.% X! V7 Y! ^ l7 D% R6 w2 V; W
- Stay away from craps like Durabuilt or Sunrise Windows. Cheap stuff.0 Q. L3 l2 D1 k9 ?7 _. V B
