5 |# J2 ?2 |6 \; v9 XWalter Edmund Nash, 60, and his wife had operated Montrose-area daycare, but the license was revoked back in 2002. Yet police say the couple continued to operate an unlicensed day home until late 2010.

The 60-year-old is charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of sexual interference, and two counts of invitation to sexual touching. [4 q# M3 M- z D0 p5 {8 p0 F4 X
