Position Summary:
1 J1 q/ l3 z( _$ Y8 e* Y This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners4 u5 u, Q& {5 R3 ?4 q% b) h
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
& r [( p! y/ |# S5 }• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
5 Z2 d/ n5 x; G$ c# }• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing2 v/ ^0 c8 h% N0 r4 Y" |1 g
8 f/ g5 p1 O$ [0 A. {/ P4 UPreferred Qualifications; p" z k0 A+ P- H- v% C
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
6 Y1 V# v; K9 D, P8 ~2 X9 b7 l• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse + u* V" h) J" d% N
• Experience in project management & report writing ) z6 ~" C' y& i- o/ t6 m+ q3 N9 k
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
