1 t% W9 [+ f, r§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers ) b2 }" x- B) }: ~$ \
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock 2 m9 s! C$ p8 l; d3 A# j
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays 3 c; `7 @: [8 w' i! J
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis 9 N- u. @( [$ a) E
7 Q$ O% T+ d4 i! i) fPreferred Education & Qualifications:
4 U( r8 N& V" r9 c§ High School Diploma
$ w: V* q2 p& H! ]§ Valid Drivers License
- S3 }' G( _- ~§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
" ]2 J' R/ T H `3 H8 ~§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
$ [) W" o. r' D3 d6 G6 ^§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
