2011年5月3日埃德蒙顿消息：根据埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会数据，4月份的房价，与上月相比，表现稳定。各类房型均价为$327,415，较3月下降310元。独立屋均价下降425元；康兜（Condo）均价上涨1,305元，环比上涨0.6%；整个市场表现稳定，供求关系平衡。' g7 u/ g6 V$ ~: ` D% T
