Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
* ?( A% T7 Y; j! i! X/ Zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal0 p- \. X# r* a% |1 A
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).9 P7 J* B! X' X. }4 I* ^, e' y
1 l, {7 N6 U& `+ P" n; OTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
n1 H2 W3 \2 N4 d- l* oMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services# `3 {7 R- d9 M4 c5 y: x0 F
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
4 V5 B: A9 w6 }4 S8 Y3 uSchool)
5 `% l5 Z3 \& x# kMust have supervisory experience8 k8 D# S2 O7 ~0 H4 b
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system0 c; K, X. u2 }1 N* Q: b
Must be computer literate
& O' @: X$ v! s5 G% GMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract./ i% v0 I8 |5 t5 v/ v- M4 D; b
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
. @' n, d) Y' x. J* @* I- tMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills" M4 O* c3 [1 ?& R2 H
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
