Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. ! w, D; d" I5 \' iUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team4 P; p' V4 r; n, N4 @, B
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal4 z2 g6 `! d) `: n; Y8 z
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

6 C* \7 }* T& XTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.6 h0 _7 J* W' h, l* v4 C4 t

Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services$ c# { j( I1 x- t" B* ]
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s& X1 w% V# r$ ^- i9 D7 G2 F* E8 S
School)( `, i5 o9 f7 c+ X2 G8 q
Must have supervisory experience
0 Y' c! {& \0 g. v; R, r5 xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system1 g4 z& v( O# `' V/ Z
Must be computer literate3 R& |. a5 _8 Y
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.* F/ Y* t' g5 X' ^2 \5 \
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network R% Z2 u# t. U7 }- Z, U' i6 r9 n
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills! M/ H Z: V- J
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already, [* T4 h9 U( D, S# t4 a L; d
establish team.
