6 k" B  G: o" NUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).
! Y2 l- d: n: H# m+ U
/ M6 n+ m! p! |) h2 [9 W0 V2 z: kTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

, ]# P) k% b! b" Y* z) TJob Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
1 A2 y) E. ]0 p& k& AMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
& y( n* u) |( mSchool)
/ O( G4 T& p* r" ^1 h1 p1 i( PMust have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
Must be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network

Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
