Rutherford phase 7 Duplex selling now

今天刚去看了Rutherford phase 7 Duplex 的show room，感觉不错！请大家指教一下那个区怎么样？还有那些房子的质量怎么样？我也不知道那个builder, 好像是Pacesetter Home. 如果要买新建的房子，还有没有bargin 的余地啊？请各位高人指点！

Sure you can bargin. Don't be shy. BTW, how much do they ask initially?

一个朋友也介绍我去那个区看了，听她说这个builder不错，好像叫stunning or sterling somthing，他们以前的一个户型设计获过奖。我自己也过去看了
只是觉得Rutherford太远了，唉，看房子真是个头疼的事儿啊

By their website, they have been in business for quite a long time. It's not a small one. But I heard of that sterling home has a better quality but a little bit more in price.

我看的那个builder好像是Pacesetter， sterling那些duplex好像大一点，1550sqf：330000. 是挺头疼的

They might still have a few lots for 1352 sq.ft duplex avalable. And it gives me an impression that sterling's design looks wilder. That's why I choose theirs.

how about riverbend? the duplex and townhose almost the same. My agent will bring me to see 3 duplex and 1 townhouse on next week. Did you buy a house on that area? i meant Rutherford

Yes, I got one from Sterling Home in Ruthford. Check their lots still available here: http://www.sterlingsquared.ca/. Price is there and it's negotiable.
