Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
6 O9 Y5 h2 U& z/ B! E1 f( M, A2 |-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
( S, R: ~3 k7 n4 @-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
* D7 e8 v% n( F6 E3 e$ Z1 G-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

: a6 Z2 p2 Z' B3 v$ N$ S-        Completion of secondary school is required
( w! x* k# J9 p-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* M; H; p/ t/ p- W2 K-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
