Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

, E; z  j5 I' X7 T-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
9 X+ \# ]% ?1 X8 C7 I-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
. L' _7 E9 A; I! L" f! F. w0 I4 m-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
/ M1 I7 J! K8 c& H" v4 e- ]-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
, A- b* n. U! e- _( t-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- j, U1 \% t% D-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
. ]1 g1 v$ b# I, G/ e-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
