Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
, b" a" _2 K% r3 @9 i  [-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
0 a, K4 s: o) Q" P-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
3 h9 r0 ?- c$ Q: v- [6 u-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
4 Y7 C. I; i4 u8 y' S1 h) p/ R-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
4 I8 @$ `2 U6 w4 Z! W  x# k+ H# j-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

+ ~4 H7 H1 i; Y9 X* S-        Completion of secondary school is required
: q5 `' i! M" O# U" R7 C- r; |-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
- P9 ]( Y2 |/ E2 j' M1 s  g-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
