Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500. # T- c1 Q9 r7 W ( a5 S' |; B1 Q' [/ rBTW, the mission of a realtor is on behalf of the seller, is this right?
