Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.( ]/ c' B& O" G2 T% x& a U2 u

Responsibilities- s; z0 D) N! w: b+ z
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations. W$ L2 }3 G: q9 ^9 }* c
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
# s! G, l0 ]# v3 M3 _/ G3 z■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships8 t# H3 A. i s& D d9 m
Experience and Education:) I4 f* E z9 i+ U6 x. ~: i3 g b
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
5 V1 F; U2 H% W■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.8 C4 \8 v1 X8 z$ U D* R- x
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.' {6 [6 {+ ?/ |
■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
A1 v5 {) q4 g1 M* P■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
$ s4 |$ @. g a9 n■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.

■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
