请问需要给吗？

罚单背面只写了如果是UA的学生或者STAFF的话，吃了罚单会直接从学费或者工资里扣。

但没写校外的如果不给会怎样？

如果觉得冤枉不想给的话，他们会去车管所release我的信息找催债公司找我要吗
