The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. # q* P' ~2 a: V& D: P
, Z4 }* d# ^9 e2 EThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.( H; k# A2 o# a" t! t% f C4 z# ?

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
! P4 B$ y1 r, ~; M( O• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
. }3 a+ n" F8 U% k: L, r• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
# K% C& o6 I4 g' A• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
0 N8 k6 Z d- U( [7 K! a% l$ }• Input and manage high volume of data) Y' s! g$ ~4 A+ @7 q
• Update and maintain databases
: U- R, j! D4 m6 X) l• Generate monthly reports and statistics
' y/ P( @6 b6 Q5 I• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation8 r3 h3 l2 k+ j/ {1 T, Z
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits4 n" u# i- `. @+ M* N7 d6 F% U
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms; l: m' c, k0 K
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors/ Q8 U3 p0 B' R( ~& z x: w; X
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre: z; b! W& Q _7 B
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

8 k; K$ h v3 C2 o' f2 R" r! F• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
+ Q9 @6 I& m5 s1 v, O; v! x• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
