The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. . K( r( p/ s6 H( j0 p# B

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception: C! }: T( ~: X; o
• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required
6 z* l+ z) E! L3 t0 y5 o: i3 N4 n• Answer multi line telephone system

% r1 I5 ^+ H5 ?Administration:
: Z* m4 ?" g4 p3 w. t9 Q8 J• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads/ M; m4 u) ]/ ?* s
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits' ]+ T7 x/ X5 `2 E7 o/ S
• Input and manage high volume of data. b; `2 A Q& M
• Update and maintain databases0 P% z: u7 S3 x( G L: V0 j, ^7 g
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
+ ?: T6 u# _" ^& K- R. f: E$ o- [• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
% H/ R5 L) v; ?$ n- W2 N7 f" i• Process payments and complete weekly deposits

• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
9 W3 e4 e4 V8 _: e* L• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
' Z& }! B4 T5 W) V! ?0 _! [• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work- y& v' N5 D0 V+ d

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
