Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach $ V, r/ P( j |# S1 u
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ' B: ]. d6 o; x4 n K
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 4 a4 s- s% L1 t
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
# I6 g- P1 O# ^ @3 Xyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
( X% G+ W5 M1 s; u, r8 I. Oin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
% h8 T% X$ K* i. H9 g9 sare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, . q7 {% \- F4 Q4 [
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
$ b9 S; y2 U8 R9 l( Y6 T* Iaccountable to the project coordinator.

F9 e% f# n- @8 L3 jThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
% C- ]! Q, E# c& Qschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
) n9 C. R6 p+ Xdesirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills

Regular attendance at meetings
# l0 K* |9 Q3 {" ~4 t4 @% \ qRelate well with other youth and adults
+ K$ h7 I3 o j; \7 r0 l9 lWilling to be mentored and trained * g# a% h% I9 s; q# A4 ?
