Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
* ^* [2 z6 \4 w( q+ K9 S2 ]9 u8 ~services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing , ^0 E0 h1 P7 i1 H8 N) N7 s
their development.

+ K# |1 S( a/ GTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first + A2 q1 t& R6 e1 x; l
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
1 _; h( `; ~" h7 S0 IEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
1 B9 @/ o3 o7 [* }1 @youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
2 ]: R- a) @8 ^in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
5 T+ F N! R2 S" ]2 yare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 9 }5 e+ E7 S) R, O9 T% ^
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
6 \5 f. V! P# `! ]accountable to the project coordinator. 5 P3 E7 @: ^0 i4 ^
( P& J$ ^! L) s& t; m
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own ; r4 }! J# n# t7 I6 h; O; \
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is # O' d) q( @+ `* o+ T6 R. ]3 {% _0 s

Qualifications 9 t/ ^4 z+ n' s7 h: F; ]
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills - U) M3 U; W+ l) E5 w2 O
Keen ability to organize and lead
