Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach * j" Y' ?0 G) t6 k+ j8 r
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing " p0 K: ~) g7 A% ?+ s
their development. * V/ Y+ `" c. j: V+ f

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first # H. [9 s6 z& o, b6 Z8 ?2 B
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 3 l6 D5 V' I9 ~
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 8 j9 u" f4 i2 [- V; ?9 B
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
- H2 w' r8 Q$ {' G% k! E" c5 J. Din the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You . w+ e: \( l9 A
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, : l( ~" Q; b0 _+ D2 }; C
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
2 f# \0 @+ U9 A; }accountable to the project coordinator.
B0 ]! q# w1 B. u2 ~& @. w
( p) `- {3 \& z$ ?2 Q8 XThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 9 f* j" N) g7 U- c, h7 E* y
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
( E1 Y: T1 ?- R: Fdesirable.

5 y3 _9 b3 b. p# h/ a1 N6 y18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills

Relate well with other youth and adults
