Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach ' `. b+ k# d, R4 e1 h/ c4 `
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing , I8 m* x2 Y6 H- Z
their development. 5 F U, k, O9 D, ~2 W, o: D. K

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
9 {9 O; c, ?) d8 V7 {; {% K- Phand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth & A+ \/ ~8 B( g! B2 M7 R
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a % b7 @+ a# P3 X& J- G# X/ o; I! {; p
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved * s T8 n* f0 P$ c* k0 S
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You , a, r9 _+ M, T5 t- Y. U
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, . c- I o4 P3 E: J
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
3 b2 f9 [, x0 X: P9 Oaccountable to the project coordinator. ( s' ?5 E) a0 B, t, D! X
- }+ `! U! m# T. Z, s" e4 ] z
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own . s8 ^: @6 F( p" y4 K
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ( n+ s- c. S; j# n& g
desirable. / [1 M" v( v+ @# Z6 i/ x* e
9 l9 {5 C5 q. i- z i# q' j8 {: iQualifications
! M) Z$ c/ I! B9 K" y' i18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
' P6 i2 N- S5 V' F x: @Keen ability to organize and lead
8 S( i" t7 e; W+ [ A0 s( YRegular attendance at meetings 0 ^* Y I! ~% @) j3 e4 W
Relate well with other youth and adults + v# L9 {+ J, q7 b( H
Willing to be mentored and trained
