Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
, J! a$ M; C, q( Wservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing ( f) p" e' ]; S, r+ H3 c/ z
their development. ! e# v/ K# V& _2 S
4 x" P# B; j3 Y/ I( ~Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first * u' V$ V/ b6 U7 K, i+ T5 z6 q7 l
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth 9 f r: k; q- U; {3 j* T
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
0 V. d& `: |: o. V- |1 m# q% ?" zyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved % f) f4 b y* _& I- ~
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You - A0 M& x- ]8 N- o% h# D# Z0 \
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 1 u: ^7 }& l! E" R% p+ Y' k: t
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
3 W' i$ m5 G6 c2 F$ y# Eaccountable to the project coordinator. 7 }5 ]: t" R1 r3 O& r) h; u" E

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
2 z1 n7 Z% x5 Oschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is : V* b$ N) J" G0 G6 _, ]

Qualifications
0 z" j. y9 {2 Z( _18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
4 s$ r0 ]: D" O+ I/ o/ }Keen ability to organize and lead ; `, q8 e- F' p5 `3 A: u
Regular attendance at meetings 7 i7 o3 x: `1 t1 j: ]4 D) @5 L
Relate well with other youth and adults + P. p4 T$ I: ^, L
Willing to be mentored and trained 4 p* H9 O5 F U2 @; U# d
